Orthopaedic Surgeon - Adult Reconstructive

Job Description Our organization is currently seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopedic Total Joint Surgeon to become a part of our dynamic team within the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic about teaching and thrives in a collaborative, faith-oriented setting.Our practice is bustling, featuring over 20 orthopedic surgeons and training for 25 orthopedic surgery residents. The Outpatient Rehabilitation center is situated at our East Campus, just 1.4 miles from the main Medical Center. Our facilities are expansive, boasting an 8,000-square-foot orthopedic gym along with private treatment areas.About the CommunityLoma Linda is distinguished as the only Blue Zone in the United States, offering a family-oriented atmosphere with a strong emphasis on health and wellness. Faculty members may also qualify for federal student loan forgiveness programs.Compensation and BenefitsThe anticipated total annual compensation for this position ranges from $525,000 to $640,000.This compensation range includes variable components and is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) work schedule, as detailed in the department's compensation plan. The starting base salary, which is subject to adjustment based on experience and faculty rank, is expected to be between $472,500 and $576,000.
