Overview In this role you own and drive a single vehicle program across planning, control, studio, prototype and launch phases. You will work as an individual contributor, aligning cross-functionally to resolve issues and make critical decisions that support launches, production, and quality targets. You’ll collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and other teams to manage milestones, decisions, and deliverables while driving readiness, cost control, and program health. The position emphasizes systematizing processes for low-volume, high-performance programs and delivering tangible value through effective change control and supplier coordination. ResponsibilitiesManage change control processes (ECN/ECM) and track approvals (CRs)Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to align schedules, actions, and costReconcile and maintain BOM data with engineering and financeLead cross-functional meetings and drive decision-making across DF, CC, software change control, and service touchpointsPrepare and present CR reporting decks; maintain Cost Detail Documents (CDD) and verify cost capture against BOMMonitor inventory to minimize obsolescence during transitions and switchover timing to assembly facilitiesCommunicate release data to CAD teams for model updates and manage supplier-owned service parts releasesDrive program management activities and support ongoing production, target attainment, and TVM savings initiativesEngage with Lean racing program needs, ensuring alignment with lean structures while meetingLaunch readiness and quality goalsCoordinate with suppliers to capture savings in the tracking system (CRID) and pursue continuous improvement Key requirements3-5 years in automotive program management, product development, or engineering releaseExperience managing ECNs and CRs and executing ECMAbility to align financial data with engineering BOMsProven track record in tracking production inventory to minimize obsolescenceExperience leading cross-functional meetings with internal teams and external suppliersKnowledge of change control processes and required approvals; familiarity with low-volume performance programs is a plusExperience with supplier coordination and program governance in a launch/change contextcross-functional collaborationstrong facilitation and meeting leadershipproblem solving under ambiguityProgram ManagementChange control (ECN/ECM)Cost engineering
