Our sales team is trained across all of our products to give our customers insights into our entire portfolio.HIREL RF and Discrete semiconductor InternIn MACOM’s Diode Business Line, we design and test Hybrids and MMICs for aerospace and defense, test and measurement, cellular/5G, medical, space/hi-rel, automotive and other wireless applications. You will be involved in one or more of the following: Assist in the design, and testing of HiRel RF diode and MMICs Automate the Burn In and Testing equipment as well as data analysis and reporting Gain experience with of a variety of microwave measurements which include but are not limited to S-Parameters, IP3/TOI, compression/limiting, harmonics, DC and/or RF continuous and pulse power, noise figure, switching speed, conversion loss/gain, etc. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in electronic engineering. Interest in semiconductor device physics. Some experience with Spice models, and PCB layout. Understanding of the basic electronic measurement tools such as curve tracer, oscilloscope, voltemeter… Familiarity with AutoCAD or other drawing packages is helpful Due to ITAR regulations, only candidates who are U.S. Persons (U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, lawful permanent residents, or individuals granted asylum or refugee status) will be considered for this position.
