This role works under immediate supervision and assists with job site preparation, material handling, installation support, and general cleanup to help projects move efficiently and safely.We are seeking a skilled tradesperson in the following: Carpentry, Plumbing, Roofing, and Drywall InstallationKey ResponsibilitiesWork on sites affected by water, fire, and smoke damageLoad and unload building materialsAssist with lifting, positioning, securing, and cutting materials during installationClean work areas, tools, and equipmentDiagnose and perform plumbing repairs and installationsHelp ensure the work area remains stocked with materialsPerform other assigned duties as neededParticipate in emergency response efforts when requiredSkills And Knowledge RequirementsKnowledge of construction materialsAbility to read and interpret blueprintsSheetrock installation and repairTexturing, painting, and trim workCabinet installation and repairExperience with framing, structural carpentry, and finish carpentry (preferred)Installing baseboards, casing, interior doors, and related finish carpentryAbility to safely and effectively use power tools including saws, drills, and nail gunsDemolition and project clean-upProperty board-up experience (preferred)Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (preferred)Commitment to following OSHA, company safety rules and regulations, OSHA 10/30 Certified (preferred)Strong verbal and basic digital communication skillsProblem-solving abilityCustomer service mindsetThrive in fast-paced and challenging environmentsWhy BMS CAT?
