Position Summary We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to supervise a team in the following: Carpentry, Plumbing, Roofing, and Drywall Installation Key ResponsibilitiesWork on sites affected by water, fire, and smoke damageManage daily activities of the team assigned to the projectDiagnose and perform plumbing repairs and installationsEnsure the work area remains stocked with materialsDelegate other duties as neededParticipate in emergency response efforts when required Skills and Knowledge Requirements:Team LeadershipKnowledge of construction materialsAbility to read and interpret blueprintsSheetrock installation and repairTexturing, painting, and trim workCabinet installation and repairExperience with framing, structural carpentry, and finish carpentry (preferred)Installing baseboards, casing, interior doors, and related finish carpentryAbility to safely and effectively use power tools including saws, drills, and nail gunsDemolition and project clean-upProperty board-up experience (preferred)Valid driver's license with a good driving record and DOT Certified (preferred)Commitment to following OSHA, company safety rules and regulations, OSHA 10/30 Certified (preferred)Strong verbal and basic digital communication skillsProblem-solving abilityCustomer service mindsetThrive in fast-paced and challenging environments2+ years of plumbing experience (licensed preferred) Why BMS CAT?Hands-on training by the most knowledgeable people in the industryState of the art technology and equipmentCareer growth -- We promote from withinCompensation will vary based on experience and will be discussed during the interview processPaid employee life insuranceOptional medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) planObserved company holidaysGenerous paid time off and additional benefits offered Individuals with a strong work ethic, eager to build a long and meaningful career APPLY TODAY!
