We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly analytical and execution-oriented manager to support and run commercial planning and operations for Intuit's B2B Marketing Team. This role will be responsible for driving rigor, consistency, and insight across commercial planning, operating cadence, and performance management in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and executive leadership.The role will act as a core operator for the commercial organization—turning strategy into plans, plans into operating mechanisms, and operating data into insights and actions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution and is comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Helping to drive alignment, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure the smooth execution of key initiatives. This role requires exceptional communication, project management, and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of marketing strategies within the tech industry.This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to align business objectives, streamline processes, and implement best practices across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, operational management, and project execution in a dynamic business environment.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partner to Commercial Leadership team: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, helping to shape and execute strategy by managing key priorities and ensuring alignment across the team.Leadership Support: Assist the Marketing and Sales leadership team with prioritization, decision-making, and resource allocation. Ensure teams are focused on high-impact activities that align with the broader business objectives.Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead the development of long-term strategies aligned with organizational goals. Drive strategic initiatives and ensure they are successfully implemented across the business units.Operational Excellence: Identify areas of operational inefficiency and develop initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve productivity. Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations within the marketing department to ensure effective execution of strategies and campaigns.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different departments (sales, marketing, product, finance, etc) to ensure alignment with company-wide objectives and seamless execution of strategies.Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics and performance metrics to inform business decisions, measure the success of strategic initiatives, and adjust approaches as necessary.Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of key projects, ensuring milestones are met, resources are optimized, and objectives are achieved on time.Project & Initiative Management: Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring that all teams are aligned and deliverables are met on time and within scope. Identify potential roadblocks and find creative solutions to ensure project success.Leadership & Mentorship: Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Market Research & Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and identify potential business opportunities.Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for strategic initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Operations, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.9+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or management consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies.Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels of the organization.Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
