BC/BE ENT Provider in Washington Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible ENT physician with general ENT practice but fellowships welcome. The ideal candidate will have an otology focus/interest and have concise and compassionate communication skills for the education of patients and families is ideal. Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State.The position is full-time consisting of a 4 or 5-day schedule. It is open to 0.8 FTE or 1.0 FTE. Call will consist of 1:5 (usually one weekend and one Monday-Thursday block every 5 weeks). There are consults at two hospitals with a very strong hospitalist program. Clinic hours are 8-5, flexible scheduling possible to obtain 6.5-7 hours of scheduled patient care with 1 surgical day per week once practice is established.Salary Range:Wages are based on MGMA/AMGA median. For this position, wages will be between $443,667 and $479,639.
