Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic client in Roswell, GA. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, providing insights that drive business performance and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of FP&A and full P&L management experience.Key Responsibilities:Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectivesConduct financial analysis across departments, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvementPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flowPartner with cross-functional teams to support strategic business initiatives and provide actionable financial insightsDevelop financial models to support decision-making and evaluate potential business scenariosMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to management in a clear and concise mannerAssist with ad hoc analyses as needed to support business objectives and executive reportingQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting4+ years of FP&A experienceFull P&L management experience
