This role requires a self-driven, independent contributor with strong business analysis skills and experience supporting systems in product data management (PDM), quality, and manufacturing environments within the life sciences industry.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements.Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.Act as a liaison between business teams and IT/development teams.Support system implementations, enhancements, and integrations.Ensure alignment with quality and regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP).Facilitate workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis.Required Skills5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.Strong expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.Experience with PDM, quality systems, or manufacturing systems in life sciences.Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with Product Data Management tools or ELN platforms (e.g., Labguru).Familiarity with system integrations and data flows.Knowledge of regulated environments (GxP, FDA, ISO).BenefitsMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the ClientProvides strategic advice and cost-effective technology solutions for multiple Ontario Ministries.About GTTGTT is a minority-owned staffing firm and a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation, a Native American-owned company in Alaska.
