Amplytico is seeking an experienced Consultant to join our Business Advisory & Strategy team. This role is ideal for a seasoned consulting professional who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and excels at transforming complex data into actionable strategic insights. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to drive data-informed decision-making across multiple program initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities across program portfolios
Develop strategic recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analysis
Create data-driven frameworks to evaluate program performance and strategic alignment
Synthesize complex information from multiple sources to provide clear, actionable insights
Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to C-suite and senior leadership
Develop compelling presentations that translate complex data into clear business narratives
Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops with leadership teams
Communicate insights effectively across all organizational levels
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving multiple departments and business units
Manage competing priorities and expectations across diverse stakeholder groups
Serve as a trusted advisor to program leaders and business partners
Support the development and refinement of program strategies and roadmaps
Navigate ambiguous and rapidly changing business environments with confidence
Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high-quality deliverables
Develop and implement analytical frameworks and methodologies
Ensure data integrity and analytical rigor across all work products
Apply program management principles to coordinate complex, multi-workstream initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of management consulting experience with top-tier consulting firms or equivalent strategic roles
Proven track record of working with senior executives and board-level stakeholders
Experience in program strategy, business transformation, or analytics consulting
Background in data-intensive industries or roles preferred
Advanced analytical capabilities with proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and forecasting
Expertise in Jira or Azure DevOps
Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Proficiency in analytical software (Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar)
Experience with business intelligence platforms and data warehousing concepts

Experience with program governance, risk management, and cross-functional team leadership
Compensation:
As required by California law, the base salary range for this position in San Francisco is $110,000 to $150,000. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and the middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
