Job Overview We are hiring a Workflow Developer to join the Workflow Automation Engineering Team supporting the ServiceNow platform, specifically the Financial Services Operations (FSO) module. The role will support the migration from legacy IBM BPM technology to ServiceNow FSO and help build automated workflows across banking business lines. Key Responsibilities The role will focus primarily on: Building ServiceNow workflows within the FSO module Automating business processes Supporting API integrations and system connectivity Designing and implementing workflow solutions Supporting migration from legacy BPM technology Longer term responsibilities include: Architecture and solution design Supporting three major institutional business lines Acting as a subject matter expert for workflow automation Development vs Architecture Split Near-term (migration phase): Mostly hands-on workflow development Long-term (post-migration): More involvement in workflow architecture solution design platform strategy Key Technical Requirements Must have experience with: ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) module Workflow development within ServiceNow REST APIs / system integrations ServiceNow development tools such as: Flow Designer Workflow automation ITSM / CSM modules Nice-to-have: Experience with Generative AI or ServiceNow AI capabilities Pay: $155,000.00 - $161,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: ServiceNow FSO: 3 years (Required) Work Location: Remote
