Human Resources Specialist

About the CompanyWe are looking for an HR professional to support our U.S. operations. This role will work closely with local business teams and headquarters to support workforce management, recruitment, employee experience, and daily HR operations.ResponsibilitiesManage U.S. labor service providers, including vendor communication, service quality tracking, and workforce process management.Monitor daily workforce-related data, including working hours and attendance, track key metrics, and drive timely resolution and closure of exceptions.Own the full-cycle recruitment process for full-time employees in the U.S., including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and recruitment progress tracking.Support HR initiatives for full-time employees, including talent development, employee retention, employee experience, and employee relations.Assist in implementing headquarters HR policies and supporting day-to-day administrative operations in the U.S. region. QualificationsStrong execution skills, sense of ownership, and communication and coordination abilities.Familiarity with basic U.S. labor laws and workforce management practices.Prior experience in recruitment, employee relations, or labor/vendor management is preferred.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment, with strong problem-solving and follow-through capabilities.Proficiency in both English and Chinese as working languages is preferred; Spanish language skills are a plus.
