We’re partnering with our client, a leading toy manufacturer, to find a talented AI Digital Safety, Regulatory & Compliance Analyst. This role is based in our client's location and is classified as Temp employment. It offers a unique chance to contribute to children’s safety and digital product regulation within a prominent organization.AI Digital Safety, Regulatory & Compliance Analyst Responsibilities:Conduct research on new and evolving global, federal, and state regulations related to AI and digital features in children’s products.Collaborate with teams to evaluate AI-enabled products for potential child safety risks, including inappropriate content and emotional manipulation.Review data collection policies to ensure compliance with COPPA and other privacy laws.Develop internal documents such as policies, checklists, and risk assessments concerning AI and digital safety.Work with cross-functional teams to incorporate safety and regulatory considerations into product development.AI Digital Safety, Regulatory & Compliance Analyst Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field, plus a graduate degree in Law, Public Policy, or Data Privacy with a focus on AI or regulatory compliance.Strong interest or experience in AI, emerging technologies, and digital ethics.Familiarity with children’s data privacy regulations like COPPA and GDPR, or product safety regulations like CPSC is advantageous.Excellent research, analytical, and written communication skills.Ability to translate complex legal or regulatory information for non-legal and technical audiences.Perks and Benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.Life Insurance.401(k) Program.Commuter Benefit.eLearning and Ongoing Training.Education Reimbursement.Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.If you meet the qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, apply today!
