Program Manager
Overview
In this role you oversee a defense-focused program, ensuring SOW alignment and cross-function integration to meet customer requirements. You lead project execution, manage cost and schedule, and maintain contract compliance while serving as the customer interface. You’ll monitor scope, schedule, and budget amid complex technical and subcontractor landscapes. The position offers hybrid work with occasional travel and a clear path to impact mission-critical systems.

Key requirementsMaster's degree in engineering/scientific/business/technical disciplineat least 5 years of experience managing large technical programsexperience planning, scheduling, and coordinating teams for large projectsexperience with combat systems facilities related to Aegis, Aegis BMD, or SSDS weapon and combat systems and technology developmentability to develop work breakdown structures, spending plans, and financial trackingeligible for DoD Secret Clearance; preferred active DoD Secret clearanceup to 25% travelstrong communication skillsleadership and team coordinationproblem-solving and proactive interventionproject planning and schedulingcost management and budgetingwork breakdown structures (WBS)
