We are united by a common mission: to deliver services and technology that fundamentally change how skilled workers and the businesses they serve get hard work done.Job DescriptionThe Pipeline Pigging Technician is responsible for supporting safe and efficient pipeline pigging operations, flow assurance activities, and pipeline maintenance across assigned field locations. This role requires hands-on operational experience with pig launchers, receivers, valve configurations, and pipeline troubleshooting activities.The ideal candidate is safety-focused, self-motivated, and capable of leading contract crews while coordinating field operations, troubleshooting pipeline flow issues, and maintaining accurate operational reporting. Significant field travel is required within the assigned operating area.ResponsibilitiesPipeline Operations & PiggingPerform pipeline pigging operations utilizing conventional launchers, receivers, and pig valve configurations.Support pipeline flow assurance and pipeline cleanout activities.Troubleshoot pipeline flow issues and operational constraints.Assist with mobile pump operations and pipeline maintenance activities.Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve flow efficiency and reliability.Field Leadership & CoordinationProvide field leadership and oversight for contractors and field crews.Coordinate daily operational activities and prioritize assigned work scopes.Ensure all field activities are conducted safely and in compliance with procedures and environmental standards.Participate in operational planning, scheduling, and execution activities.Respond to operational issues and emergency situations as required.Technical Support & DocumentationRead and interpret P&IDs, process flow diagrams, schematics, and alignment sheets.Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to troubleshoot technical issues.Generate and maintain accurate field reports, operational documentation, and inspection records.Utilize operational software and pipeline applications to track activities and communicate updates.Safety & ComplianceAdhere to all safety, environmental, and operational procedures.Participate actively in safety meetings, operational reviews, and team discussions.Promote safe work practices and environmental stewardship across all operations.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.SkillsPipeline pigging operationsPig launchers and receiversPipeline flow troubleshootingMobile pump equipment operationsFlow assurance supportP&ID and process flow diagram interpretationContractor and field crew coordinationOperational reporting and documentationProblem-solving and troubleshootingPipeline operations and maintenanceMicrosoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and WordPipeline operational software and applicationsSafety leadership and complianceField operations coordinationQualifications3–5 years of oilfield or pipeline operations experience required.Experience with pipeline pigging operations, including pig valves, launchers, and receivers.Intermediate understanding of pipeline flow processes and associated operational facilities.Experience troubleshooting pipeline and flow assurance issues.Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and operational drawings.Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and pipeline applications.Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to lead contract crews and coordinate field activities.Valid driver’s license required.Ability and willingness to travel 60–80% to field locations within assigned areas.Ability to perform physical job requirements including climbing, lifting, walking uneven terrain, and working in confined spaces.Associate’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.Job DetailsPay: $32/per hrLocation: Kenedy, TXSchedule: 10 Days On/4 Days Off (12Hr Days)
