Are you a board-certified or board-eligible Urology Physician seeking a locum tenens opportunity in Pennsylvania? A facility near Middleport, PA, is seeking coverage for inpatient urology services. Position Overview Schedule:1-2 weekends per month.Coverage from Friday 4:00 PM through Monday 7:00 AM.Responsibilities:Handle consultations from the emergency department and hospital.Perform surgeries in the main OR.Manage urology-specific cases including gross hematuria, stones, urine retention, and difficult catheter insertions. Patient Information Age Range: Adolescents (16+) to geriatrics.Patient Volume: Average of 2-4 new consults per day. Requirements Licenses & Certifications:Active Pennsylvania medical license.Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology.BLS and ACLS certifications.DEA and Pennsylvania CSR.Experience: Minimum of 2 years in general urology care.Preferred: Familiarity with Epic EMR. Additional Details Privileges: Must be secured before start date ( 60 days).Orientation: 16 hours of non-billable orientation provided.Vaccination Requirements: Proof of flu vaccine or an approved exemption.
