If you thrive in aerospace manufacturing or Part 145 repair environments and know how to balance operational execution with strategic growth, this could be a strong fit.What You’ll Be Responsible ForLeading operational performance across an aerospace MRO environmentDriving accountability with Operations Leaders through KPI reviews, forecasting, and weekly performance meetingsManaging and understanding full P&L performance, budgeting, and profitability driversBuilding short and long-term strategic growth plans for revenue and operational scalabilitySupporting forecasting, re-budgeting, and long-range planning initiativesIdentifying operational gaps, process inefficiencies, and business improvement opportunitiesPartnering with executive leadership on operational strategy and customer growthStrengthening customer relationships and supporting business development effortsWorking cross-functionally with quality, procurement, repair operations, planning, and finance teamsWhat We're Looking For10+ years of leadership experience within aerospace manufacturing, MRO, or aviation repair environmentsStrong understanding of P&L management, forecasting, and operational metricsExperience leading value streams, operations teams, or business unitsBackground in Part 145 repair stations or aerospace OEM/MRO operations preferredAbility to communicate effectively with executive leadership and operations teams alikeStrong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience improving operational performance, throughput, and profitability
