We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to support a fast-paced personal injury practice, focusing on pre-suit matters. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and enjoys working closely with clients and attorneys.Key Responsibilities:Handle initial intake calls and evaluate potential new client casesAssess liability and damages, and prepare summaries for attorney reviewCoordinate and schedule new client consultationsAssist with obtaining and organizing medical recordsPrepare and draft demand packagesMaintain accurate case files and ensure timely follow-upsQualifications:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-focused approachAbility to manage a high-volume caseload with strong attention to detailStrong organizational and multitasking skillsTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in personal injury (pre-suit) preferred
