This role ensures that work is performed in accordance with safety regulations, company standards, and industry best practices. Positions are available supporting operations in production, midstream, and construction environments. The role requires strong field presence, proactive hazard identification, and the ability to promote a positive safety culture.ResponsibilitiesHealth, Safety & Environmental OversightMonitor daily operations to ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsPromote a strong safety culture and reinforce safe work practices across all personnelIdentify hazards, assess risks, and implement mitigation measuresField Safety SupportConduct routine site inspections, audits, and safety observationsParticipate in and support toolbox talks, job safety analyses (JSAs), and pre-job meetingsProvide guidance to field personnel on safe work practices and regulatory complianceIncident Management & ReportingAssist in reporting and investigating incidents, near misses, and environmental eventsCollect data, document findings, and support root cause analysisTrack corrective actions through to resolutionTraining & CommunicationSupport HSE orientations and ongoing safety training initiativesCommunicate safety alerts, lessons learned, and procedural updatesMentor field personnel on safety expectations and best practicesCompliance & DocumentationMaintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentationEnsure adherence to environmental requirements and proper handling of materialsSupport audits and regulatory inspections as neededSkillsStrong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry standardsAbility to identify hazards and implement effective risk mitigation strategiesExperience conducting safety audits, inspections, and incident investigationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently in field environmentsOrganizational skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracyProblem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesQualificationsPrior experience in an HSE or safety role within production, midstream, or construction environmentsMinimum of several years of relevant field safety experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional safety training or certifications preferredKnowledge of applicable safety regulations and compliance requirementsAbility to work a standard Monday-Friday scheduleMust reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the assigned work locationJob Details:Location: Canonsburg, PAPay: $850/per day
