Job Description Description:Start your career with Heeter Printing, a service leader among single-source providers of complex print, direct mail, fulfillment, and digital marketing to the healthcare, pharmaceutical, casino, retail and education industries.For recent graduates interested in an apprenticeship:Learn to set-up, run and complete various custom jobs for clients using highly sophisticated Bindery and Print equipment.Support Operations area as Helper ensuring machine areas are clean and safe; work safely and efficiently at all times.Be available to support all areas of production as needed, as a team we work cross-functionally.Demonstrate a flexible, helpful, and proactive and positive approach to work and solve problems.Position is 1st shift, 7 am – 3 pm with potential for overtime and weekends.Requirements:KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:Mechanically inclined with a natural ability to run a machineDemonstrated work ethic and interest in learningAbility to work well in a group or individuallyMINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:High school diploma, general education (GED) or equivalentESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:Standing up to 8 hours per dayLift/Pull up to 35 lbsManufacturing facility with constant noise from machines runningAbility to read and distinguish small print, depth perception, color perceptionMust be able to pass a background and drug test
