Myticas's direct client, based in Dover, DE is currently seeking a Document Specialist for a On-site contract position.Pay Rate: $18-19/hr on W2.NOTE: W2 Only!Job DescriptionThe Document Specialist is responsible for fulfilling client estimates and orders for various corporate documents retrievals and filings. This position requires the individual to work with other team members to successfully complete all project requests in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. The Document Specialist must have excellent organizational and time-management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and professional levels of customer service and communication.Duties And ResponsibilitiesProvide direct support to and collaboration with other corporate team membersRespond and resolve incoming vendor requests, queries, issues and concerns via phone and emailEfficiently manage the order process alongside other corporate team members, from initial request through processing, and during follow-up investigations and order fulfillmentResponsible for obtaining certificates of status with both the state and/or revenue departments, conducting name availability and status searches, producing verbal bring-down reports, filing/tracking name reservations and registrations, as well as obtaining copies of miscellaneous public record documentsResponsible for corporate filings including, but not limited to the preparation, review and filing of: articles of incorporation/organization, amendments, DBA/assumed business names, newspaper publications, and annual reportsAny other duties of similar or lesser nature as requiredEnsure superior customer service is always provided and maintain a high level of professionalismRequired Skills and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent requiredPreferred Education: Bachelor’s degree and/or 1-2 years’ experience in corporate services/registered agent industryMust be a positive team player and be able to effectively communicate with colleagues and clientsRequired to multi-task, accept directions well, possess a strong attention to detail and manage your time wiselyMust be computer literate; Intermediate level skills with MS Office; Word, Excel and Outlook are requiredAble to be self-directed and work efficiently with minimal supervisionExcellent attendance and punctualityStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are requiredAble to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentKnowledge of general corporate services and/or willingness to learn,
