Overview In this role, you lead and grow a team building Figma's data platform, driving delivery, technical direction, and team health. You set the roadmap, ensure platform reliability and scalability, and partner with analytics, product, and engineering to prioritize high-impact work. You’ll hire and mentor engineers, shaping a high-performing, inclusive team.
