Overview
As Engineering Manager for the Maps team, you will lead backend engineers to build and scale a world-scale map backend. You will shape the roadmap, align with cross-functional partners, and drive high-impact initiatives that power Snap Map. You will mentor engineers, oversee architecture and security, and ensure production-ready delivery. This is a people- and impact-driven role at a fast-moving company that values privacy and collaboration. You’ll work closely with product, data science, and operations to push the map platform forward.
