If the idea of building out the future sparks your imagination and intersects with your skills, we'd love to meet you.The RoleAs a Quality Control Lead/Supervisor, you will own quality outcomes on the production floor and lead a team of QC Inspectors to ensure every Pebble RV meets our high standards for craftsmanship, performance, and safety. You'll oversee inspections across critical production steps, mentor and develop your team, and serve as the key liaison between quality, production, and engineering to drive continuous improvement across the line.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a team of QC Inspectors, assigning tasks and coordinating coverage to meet production needs while maintaining quality standardsOwn the development and continuous refinement of inspection checklists, visual standards, acceptance criteria, and quality gate proceduresOversee incoming, in-process, and end-of-line quality inspections, stepping in directly as neededDrive nonconformance identification, documentation, containment, and re-inspection activitiesInitiate and communicate quality alerts to address recurring issues; lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementationServe as the primary quality point of contact for production and engineering teams, facilitating timely resolution of quality issuesMonitor quality metrics and trends; report findings and improvement initiatives to managementEnsure team adherence to standard operating procedures and critical-to-quality stepsChampion a culture of safety, cleanliness, and continuous improvement on the shop floorPartner with cross-functional teams to balance production targets with quality outcomesSupport onboarding and training of new QC team membersWhat You Bring5+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or quality control, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory roleProven ability to lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of hourly production or inspection staffStrong attention to detail and expertise in visual and functional inspection techniquesProficiency with inspection tools (e.g., calipers, thread gauges, paint meters)Experience developing or improving inspection documentation, SOPs, and quality standardsAbility to read and follow — and write and teach — work instructionsProficiency with Jira and Google Workspace toolsStrong communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skillsReliable, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environmentBonus If You HaveExperience in RV, automotive, or consumer electronics manufacturingFamiliarity with MES/ERP systemsUnderstanding of lean manufacturing or quality systems (e.g., 5S, 8D, CAPA, PFMEA)Ability to interpret part drawings, wiring schematics, or test proceduresExperience with wiring harnesses as well as low-voltage (LV) and high-voltage (HV) connectorsExperience assembling or inspecting mechanical or electrical systemsProficiency in CAD software for part and system visualizationPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive tasksAbility to lift up to 35 lbsComfortable working in a hands-on, shop-floor environmentCompensation: $75,000 – $90,000 annually | Full-Time, Exempt
