Manufacturing Process Engineer

We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Specialist to support stamping operations and new model launches. This role is responsible for maintaining plant material layouts in AutoCAD, managing Plan for Every Part (PFEP) data, conducting material flow analyses, and supporting launch readiness activities for current and future vehicle programs. Required Qualifications- Engineering Degree. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Understanding of stamping plant processes and manufacturing operations. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Access. Experience using eBOM systems. Working knowledge of ergonomic principles and workplace safety requirements. Ability to analyze material flow, storage, and operational data. Experience working in cross-functional and team-based environments. Strong communication and presentation skills. Professional demeanor with the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced launch environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Automotive manufacturing experience, preferably within stamping operations. Experience supporting new model launches and plant readiness activities. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and World Class Manufacturing (WCM). Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Achieve approval of 100% of new model lineside material layouts by plant leadership and Stamping Process Engineering teams. Ensure stations meet Industrial Engineering, Work Organization, and Safety/Ergonomics requirements. Validate that material handling equipment supports packaging, material flow, delivery requirements, and WCM standards. Complete material flow analyses for 100% of new model part. Responsible for: 1.
