Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Job TitleEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Answers incoming telephone calls determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.Perform routine temperature screening twice a day: morning and afternoon.Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.Oversee general office maintenance.Report deficiencies and repairs of appliances equipment.Submit office maintenance service requests to building management when needed (ie. lightbulb replacements, leaks).Greets visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.Receives, sorts, and routes mail, and maintains and routes publications.Assist with expense reports submissions through Concur.Validate parking tickets.Assist organizing catering.Order office supplies/keep inventory of stock and restock as needed (subject to purchase approval by Ron Wolf or Executive Assistant).Schedule meetings and conference rooms.Handles multiple projects and other clerical duties as needed.Education and Experience:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.Must have a minimum of two (2) years of previous customer service experience including working with the public.Skills and Abilities:Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel.Attention to detail is imperative and must be able to multi-task.Must be highly motivated.Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality with work product.Physical Requirements:Requires prolonged periods of sitting at desk.Must be able to use hands and arms for repetitive movements, such as movement of wrists, hands, fingers while typing.May occasionally be required to lift and carry up to 10lbs.Aersale is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
