The Opportunity We are partnering with Kinnect to identify an experienced Operations Manager to support and scale internal systems, processes, and infrastructure. This role works closely with the COO and leadership team to drive efficiency, strengthen operations, and advance strategic goals across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and enhance internal operations and cross-functional coordinationSupervise and develop a team of CoordinatorsManage vendor relationships, contracts, and complianceBuild and streamline processes to support organizational growthTrack performance metrics and support data-informed decision-makingSupport special projects, training, and day-to-day operational needsQualificationsBachelor’s degree + 3–5 years in operations or nonprofit managementDemonstrated team leadership and project management experienceStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with systems, reporting, and process improvement This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven organization making a meaningful impact, while playing a key role in shaping and strengthening its operations during an important phase of growth.
