Logistics Quality Coordinator (Shipping & Claims)Pay:28/hrOn-site role, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Logistics Quality Coordinator to support shipping quality, discrepancy resolution, and claims management within a warehouse and distribution environment. This role partners closely with internal teams and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to investigate issues, drive root cause analysis, and improve overall shipping accuracy and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesShipping Discrepancy & Claims ManagementInvestigate shipment discrepancies and support resolution of customer claimsCoordinate between shipping operations and claims analysts to ensure timely resolutionIdentify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actionsQuality & Continuous ImprovementSupport the Quality team in meeting performance targets and driving improvementsAnalyze trends and data to reduce recurring issues and improve processesCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with internal teams and 3PL providers to resolve shipping and logistics issuesCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolutionReturnable Container ProgramSupport oversight and administration of returnable container processesEnsure tracking, usage, and compliance with program requirementsQualificationsEducationCollege degree preferredRequired SkillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approachStrong data analysis and computer skillsExperience with data entry, reporting, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to handle sensitive information with discretionStrong problem-solving and attention to detailAbility to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partnersAbility to clearly communicate complex information to diverse audiencesWork Environment & Physical RequirementsWork performed in both office and warehouse environmentsRegular walking and standing on the warehouse floorAbility to lift up to 35 lbs. occasionallyAdditional DetailsInitial 6-month contract with potential for full-time conversionOne-hour, in-person interview required during the hiring processEOE (including Disability/Veterans)
