Duration: 06 Months (Temp to Perm)Client: One of the largest Diesel Engines and Power Generators manufacturers in the USOverview:We are looking for an Analyst who supports onsite team by collaborating with the 3PL employees and internal customers related to shipping discrepancy claims.Duties:Support onsite team by collaborating with the 3PL employees and internal customers related to shipping discrepancy claims.Investigate shipment discrepancies, determine root causes, and implement preventive measures to ensure ongoing quality and compliance.Support customer claims process and coordinate between shipping office and claims analyst team.Actively support the Quality team with additional activities as needed to meet quality targets and drive continuous improvement.Support oversight and administration of the returnable container program.Qualifications:College Degree Preferred.Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.Strong computer skills and data analysis skills.Demonstrated experience with data entry, report generation, and office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, databases).Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders with a collaborative mindset.Ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse audiences.
