Sr. Fullstack Software Developer - .NET - Remote US

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Fullstack Software Developer -.net - Remote US to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Real Estate & Construction environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $110,000 – $150,000 annuallyResponsibilities Design, develop, and test new and existing software systems and components Document technical specifications based on business requirements Evaluate development progress and make necessary adjustments Follow Agile processes for planning and cross-functional support Provide detailed metrics on project performance and component testing Evaluate and recommend new technologies for potential integration Advise and mentor junior developers and support team growthQualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or related field, or equivalent experience 6+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 1 year in a Senior Associate role Solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming Proficient in.Net, C#, AWS, SQL, and Javascript Familiarity with Agile Scrum and DevOps methodologies Experience in managing UX with a focus on human-centered designs Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsBenefits Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan Discretionary bonus eligibility based on performanceOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
