Sr Integration EngineerTerms: 6+ month contractSchedule: Remote (CST or EST hours)Interviews: 2 roundsBackground: This will be a part of the Talent Technology who we have recently been working the Project Manager positions under.Position OverviewWe are seeking a senior, hands-on integration engineer with deep Workday expertise and strong system-agnostic integration and software engineering fundamentals.This role is responsible for designing, building, and troubleshooting API-driven integrations between Workday and enterprise platforms. Workday serves as the system of record, while Microsoft Power Automate and other tools act as orchestration and execution layers.The Ideal Candidate Combines Deep knowledge of Workday APIs, data structures, and business process behavior Strong understanding of integration architecture and engineering principles that apply across any system or platform This is not a functional HRIS role, not a project manager role, and not a Studio-only integration role.Job Requirements 4+ years of Workday Integration experience Workday SOAP APIs (Web Services) Workday REST APIs Workday data model and object relationships Workday Business Process-controlled API behavior Hands on XML structure, namespaces, and schema validation Integration security (ISU, ISSG)
