The role demands a visionary who can define and lead the data-driven organizational strategy, with a strong focus on the mission of improving public health. The successful candidate will oversee a healthcare data and analytics group, providing both executive and technical leadership in areas such as data warehousing, reporting, decision support, and advanced analytics capabilities. Candidates for the CDO position at the company should be experienced leaders with a proven track record in data, analytics, and AI within a complex academic health system. The role requires a thoughtful and energetic individual who can effectively engage and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
