Over 10–12 weeks, you'll work alongside talented professionals, gain hands-on experience across key business areas, and develop a strategic project that directly impacts our business. This is your chance to learn fast, think big, and grow globally.WHAT YOU WILL DOAs a Summer Intern, you will:Work on real business challenges across areas such as:Banking ProductsInvestmentsMarketplaceOperationsTechnologyParticipate in a structured development journey, including onboarding, training, and mentorship checkpointsEngage in executive talks and connect with leaders across the organizationCollaborate with peers in a dynamic, international environmentDevelop and present a final business case project to leadershipWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We're looking for curious minds and driven individuals who are ready to challenge the status quo.You should:Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Sophomore year or above)Be pursuing a degree in: Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields Have strong analytical and problem-solving skillsBe proactive, collaborative, and eager to learnThrive in fast-paced, dynamic environmentsNice to have:GPA of 3.2 or higher (on a 4.0 scale)Previous internship or project experienceInterest in financial services, tech, or innovationThis is more than a summer internship.It's your opportunity to shape the future — and your own story.
