We are excited to announce the initiation of our new Orthopedic Surgery Program and are on the lookout for a fellowship-trained, board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with a focus on Spine Medicine to become part of our expanding team.This role presents a distinctive chance to be among the pioneering surgeons in a newly established hospital-based orthopedic practice, allowing you to influence the program's development from its inception.Position Highlights:Hospital-employed positionOpportunity to contribute to a new program with potential for leadership and growthPractice primarily at one hospital campus and affiliated Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)Access to surgical Physician Assistant support for improved efficiency and patient careShared on-call rotation of 1:4Requirements:Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic SurgeryCompletion of a fellowship in Spine SurgeryEligibility for or possession of a New York State medical licenseNew graduates are encouraged to apply!Recruitment PackageWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, which includes:Compensation:Base salary ranging from $630,000 to $760,000The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, or other cash compensation relevant to the role. Additionally, providers generally receive a Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer.
