Construction Controller

C onstruction controller will manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and accurate financial reporting . Will oversee accounts payable/receivable, ensure compliance with contract terms, and analyze project profitability. Oversee accounting operations, produce monthly financial statements, manage cash flow, and conduct month-end closing.Job Costing & Budgeting: Develop, maintain, and monitor project budgets, comparing actual expenditures to forecasts.Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with tax laws, industry regulations, and company policies, including managing insurance claims.Contract Administration: Review subcontractor contracts and vendor agreements, ensuring compliance with contract terms.Collaboration: Work with project managers and executives to evaluate the financial impact of change orders and project scope adjustments. .Experience: Previous experience in construction accounting, with 5-10+ years in financial management.
