Job Description Salary: Hourly + TipsBrakemans Smashed Burger Bar Springs most exciting Burger Bar with the best views in town! We are looking for a team member that will add to the incredible work family here with friendly vibes and a deep care for people, hospitality and quality!Job duties include following recipes to the bars specifications, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in all spaces and amazing guest service that anticipates needs. Must have organizational skills, ability to follow instructions, attention to detail, and ability to function very well when the line is out the door. We are a high volume space, so excellent teamwork is a must.We are looking to fill a part time role that is 10-15 hours a week! This will be a weekend heavy position.Roles and Responsibilities:Greet and accommodate guests in a timely and hospitable manner. Attempt to enhance guests experience with acts of service.Prepare a variety of beverages and offerings according to established recipes and standards which are presented in an attractive and appetizing mannerFollow food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety and quality of our food and beverageAssist in the execution of food and beverage delivery and expediting of tickets from outside expoCommunicate effectively with other members of the team to ensure that orders are completed quickly and guests are satisfiedClean and maintain bar and dining equipment and utensils, as well as the work area, to ensure a safe and hygienic environmentContinuously seek feedback and ways to improve our dishes, processes, and customer experienceQualifications:A passion for food and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary industryStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesKnowledge of serving techniques, bar equipment, and food safety and sanitation standardsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededWe offer competitive pay, a supportive work environment, and ample opportunities for growth and advancement.
