Key Responsibilities
Manages problems throughout their lifecycle from identification to resolution
Leads root cause analysis efforts and engages relevant subject matter experts
Acts as the primary contact for assigned problems, escalating issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
Experience monitoring core KPIs and coaching problem owners
Ability to learn new platforms quickly with a tool-agnostic mindset
Exposure to Windows environments or similar technical ecosystems preferred
