DescriptionGSW, a full-service healthcare communications agency, is seeking a Freelance Art Supervisor who blends strategic thinking with standout visual creativity. If you're passionate about bringing healthcare stories to life and leading teams to produce meaningful, innovative work-this role is for you.This is a remote role; must be able to work PST hoursResponsibilities:Serve as a brand owner and creative lead across multiple healthcare brandsPartner closely with a Copy Supervisor to develop breakthrough conceptsCollaborate directly with clients and cross-functional internal teamsGuide and manage creative workflow, timelines, and team resourcesAct as a hands-on Art Director while elevating visual standardsParticipate in pitches and new business opportunitiesApply strategic, conceptual, and forward-thinking creativity to every projectPresent work effectively in a variety of settingsDemonstrate ownership, flexibility, and proactive idea generationRequirements:4+ years of healthcare art direction experience (HCP experience required)Must submit portfolio that shows strong concepting on pharma clientsStrong concepting and strategic development skillsProven supervisory experience and confidence in client-facing situationsAbility to quickly understand complex categories and craft bestinclass creative solutionsA track record of delivering innovative ideas and managing the creative process end-to-endIf you're a visionary creative who thrives at the intersection of art and science, we'd love to hear from you.The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $70 but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.At GSW, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
