Apollo Technical is hiring a Solution Engineer for a leading industrial IoT and AI cloud platform used in advanced manufacturing. This is a customer-facing delivery role: you turn plant problems into a working, configured product, then stay with the customer through go-live.Solution EngineerIndustrial IoT and AI production optimizationMaryland, United States (hybrid: on-site and work from home)U.S. citizenship requiredTravel: up to 5% to customer sites in the U.S.What you will doSit with customers and partners, map business and shop-floor pain, and turn that into a scoped solution.Join solution design so what we promise is what we can ship.Own implementation of production optimization software: plan the work, coordinate specialists and subcontractors, configure the application, test, and hand over.Train customer technical staff and provide support during and after go-live, including on-site when needed.Tune optimization and application settings so they match how the plant actually runs.Support pre-sales: scope, demos, technical questions, and crisp value stories with the sales team.What you needBachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, manufacturing, or systems engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.2+ years in a customer-facing technical delivery role deploying enterprise SaaS.Solid industrial engineering and manufacturing workflow sense; strong Excel and operational data skills.You can run an implementation calendar, call out risk early, and keep both executives and the shop floor aligned.Hands-on with PCs, laptops, and servers; Windows PC and server maintenance and troubleshooting.Clear writing, speaking, and presenting. You work well on a team.Willing to travel up to 5%.Nice to haveImplementations of commercial enterprise apps (CRM, MES, ERP).Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, firewalls).
