This team will deepen our understanding of providers' current and anticipated needs, and help us bring together our clinical, operational, and technological capabilities to create an integrated care delivery platform with our partners.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Owns a functional area related to provider engagement, including setting objectives and expectations for scope, including but not limited to strategy, development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvementTranslates broader provider engagement goals and objectives into measurable deliverables/targetsDrives performance and goal achievement for a small- to mid-sized team of direct reportsInfluences team, peers, and leaders in the department and cross-functionally.Conveys findings to leadership in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights and communicating progress towards goals and results.Balances a broad, strategic perspective while identifying and focusing on actionable insightsOther duties as assignedTravel up to 15% as neededEducation and Requirements:Approximately 15% travel may be required for partner meetings and industry events.Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet deadlines or attend events.Bachelor's Degree required5+ years of experience in strategy, project management, operation improvement, partner engagement, or relationship management experienceExperience in the healthcare industry is highly preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamExcellent problem-solving skillsDemonstrated experience in people managementProficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointStrong preference for Denver-based candidates (office-oriented hybrid role, with three days required in-person/week)What We'll Provide:More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most.
