Hourly Pay Range:$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Registered Nurse - ICU - Per DiemPosition Highlights:Position: Per Diem, Registered NurseLocation: Evanston, Glenview, Highland Park and SkokieFull Time/Part Time: Per DiemHours: Night shift 1900-0730; weekend and holiday requirements per level agreementPer Diem Commitment Level: Per Diem Level 1: 32-72 hrs. or Per Diem Level 2: 73-110 hrs. or Per Diem Level 3: 111-144 hrs./ per 6-week scheduleRequired Travel: Evanston, Glenview, Highland Park and SkokieWhat you will do:Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unitUtilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of careGuide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient careCommunicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of carePositively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experienceWhat you will need:License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL requiredEducation: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferredCertification: BLS/CPR ACLS Certification for the Healthcare Provider requiredExperience: A minimum two year of recent acute care clinical experience in critical care. Telemetry competence required.
