Overview In this role you will help lead MBSE-driven design and integration for DoD Air Force programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise C2 solutions. You will manage MBSE artifacts, collaborate with contractors and government stakeholders, and support system integration and deployment in a fast-paced environment. This is a mission-focused opportunity to shape digital engineering architectures and ensure program objectives are met. You will work closely with a program manager to drive execution and technical roadmaps that align with strategic goals. ResponsibilitiesDefine and maintain MBSE projects in Cameo Systems ModelerDevelop MBSE-based SysML models, diagrams, and simulationsSupport System of Systems digital engineering to iterate architecture conceptsCollaborate with multiple contractors and integrate Cameo inputs into source modelsDevelop baseline architecture model of existing systems and capture network configurationsFacilitate technical and programmatic information exchange for program objectivesParticipate in Working Groups and IPTs, informal and formal interchanges, and formal reviewsDevelop technical roadmaps; establish and maintain reference architecturesDocument interfaces and standards Key requirementsBachelor’s degree + 8+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree + 6+ years of relevant experienceMinimum Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCIDemonstrable knowledge in Systems Engineering modeling tools (e.g. DOORS and Cameo)Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer and domain expert collaborationExperience in cross-functional planning, coordination, and system integration activitiesAbility to work with diverse disciplines with varying technical experienceFamiliarity with Cloud and Edge Computing, Networks, Tactical Communications, Data Management, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, and C4ISR integrationExperience with Agile program execution and agile tools (e.g. Jira and Confluence)collaborationclear communicationcross-functional teamworkCameo Systems ModelerSysML modelingDOORS
