You will manage patient records and ensure an efficient flow of appointments, all while delivering excellent service. What You Will Do - The ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer service while adhering to all safety protocols. Ensure a smooth customer flow in the store. Manage incoming phone calls professionally, screening and directing as necessary. Process and understand managed care plans, gathering necessary documentation from insurance companies. Provide accurate information to customers regarding services and products. Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-up visits, and educational classes. Organize and file patient records daily and prepare files for upcoming appointments. Check on order statuses and update customers about delivery or delays. Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area with essential materials. Sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries while keeping inventory of office supplies. Participate in regular team meetings to ensure clear communication. QualificationsAre You the Right Fit? - The Ideal CandidatePrevious experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role is preferred but not mandatory. 0-2 years of related experience or training is preferable. Experience handling multiple phone lines is a plus. Strong customer service skills are essential. Excellent organizational skills are required. Fluency in both English and Spanish (reading & speaking) is a must. EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent.
