Key Qualifications:Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programActive Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Washington StateCurrent Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHAPrevious school-based experience preferred; strong new graduates consideredAbility to collaborate with teachers, staff, and familiesStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Core Responsibilities:Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disordersDevelop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in conjunction with the educational teamDocument and report progress toward therapy goals and educational achievementCollaborate with classroom teachers and other support staff to promote students' overall developmentConduct screenings and participate in multidisciplinary meetings as neededOffer support and education to families regarding speech and language development This position offers a dynamic, collaborative work environment where your expertise is valued.
