Our team is our competitive advantage and we are better togetherYOUR MISSIONRESPONSIBILITIESTrue Anomaly is seeking a highly accomplished Structural Integrity Lead to lead the technical execution of a next-generation missile defense program. This is a generational opportunity to architect a solution to some of the most challenging mission sets in missile defense, not to mention aerospace engineering as a whole. You will establish and enforce processes and standards ensuring structural integrity across the SBI program. You will develop and validate structural models and manage structural margins across configuration while defining and maintain fracture control, fatigue, creep, and damage tolerance methodologies. Finally you will establish the processes by which verification and test activities related to structural integrity are performed.QUALIFICATIONSRequired Qualifications & Experience10+ years experience developing and managing Fracture Control Plans and performing structural analysis using FEM methodsProven leadership in design, analysis, and verification on a major aerospace programAbility to scale analytical rigor to match program maturity and riskAbility to lead cross-functional technical teams and coordinate across hardware and software boundariesExpertise with NASTRAN, ABAQUS, NASGRO or comparable analysis toolsBachelors Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field. Master's or Ph.D. preferredU.S. Citizen and eligible for DoD SecretDesired Qualifications & ExperienceAdvanced degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Systems EngineeringExperience with missile defense or space vehicle programsStrong track record leading cross-functional engineering teams and managing design-to-delivery cyclesBackground in systems engineering or technical program managementTS/SCI clearanceCOMPENSATIONBase Salary: Denver: $160,000-$225,000, Long Beach: $170,000-$235,000Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental LeaveYour actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education and experience.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSWork Location-Successful candidates will be located near Denver or Colorado Springs.
