C & B is very dedicated to the quality of each unit that is manufactured in our facility.Must Have Home Building ExperienceATTENDANCE BONUS!!Job SummaryReporting to the Line Supervisor, the Skilled Laborer is responsible for providing physical labor support during all phases of construction and production on line.Essential FunctionsFollow project instructions from Line SupervisorConsult with production plans and blue printsUse construction tools and equipment to complete daily tasksFollow all health and safety regulations when operating equipmentEnsure regulated ear plugs, gloves and safety glasses are wornComplete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient mannerClean and clear debris and hazardous materialsEnsure construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properlyMinimum QualificationsProperly trained on the operation and safety aspect of electric drills, power tools, air compressor tools, nail gun etc.Ability and knowledge of floor deck, framing, back paneling and hanging doorsAbility to read blue printsExperience in a construction and/or commercial manufacturing environment Flexible – able to move to different departments when neededAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screenMust have basic tools to start work (tape measure, hammer, etc.)Physical DemandsAbility to lift, move or handle parts weighing up to 25 pounds on a consistent basisAbility to lift, move or handle parts weighing up to 50 pounds on an occasional basisAbility to stand for up to 4 hours at a timeAbility to climb up and down a 4ft ladderCompany Benefits:ATTENDANCE BONUSMedical InsuranceDentalVisionLife Insurance-company paidGuardianVacation PayHoliday PayIf hired for this position you will join a company with a fun, business-casual atmosphere.
