Role Description We are seeking a full-time Field Service Technician to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for on-site maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of compressed air systems at customer facilities. The role involves diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing scheduled service, replacing parts, and ensuring optimal equipment functionality. The Technician must maintain detailed service reports and communicate effectively with customers to provide outstanding support and solutions. Qualifications Experience in mechanical diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of industrial equipmentProficiency in electrical troubleshooting, wiring, and circuitry for industrial systemsStrong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skillsAbility to effectively communicate technical information to customers and team membersValid driver’s license and ability to travel to client locationsFamiliarity with compressed air systems or experience working within the industry is preferredTechnical certifications or completion of relevant vocational training is a plusAbility to work both independently and as part of a team while adhering to safety standards
