Energy Project Development Manager

Job Description: Own execution of assigned energy projects from initiation through delivery Develop and manage integrated project schedules, budgets, and forecasts Coordinate cross-functional teams across T&I, Infrastructure, and Commercial Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues Drive decision-making and escalate key challenges as needed Manage internal and external stakeholders, including utilities and partners Ensure alignment across technical, commercial, and schedule requirements Track and report project performance, milestones, and risks Support development of project strategies and execution plans Maintain disciplined documentation and reporting across the project lifecycle Requirements: 7–10 years of experience in energy development, infrastructure delivery, or project management (PMP preferred) Experience with energy, utility, or large-scale infrastructure projects Strong project management skills, including schedule, budget, and risk management Ability to manage complex, cross-functional teams and stakeholders Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Excellent communication and organizational skills Familiarity with energy project lifecycle and delivery challenges Benefits: medical, dental, and vision coverage life and AD&D short and long-term disability coverage paid time off employee assistance participation in a 401k program that includes company match many other additional voluntary benefits
