Senior M&A Integration Manager – Contract
Job Description:Drive the post-acquisition lifecycle Partner with functional leads to clear roadblocks Manage dependencies and ensure deal value realization Own master integration plan across 1–3 concurrent deals Lead weekly steering committee meetings and functional syncs Execute seamless Day 1 experience for acquired employees Produce executive-level weekly status reports Build documented, reusable integration playbook Partner with Product and Engineering to track roadmap convergence Identify cultural friction and influence stakeholders Requirements:8–12 years of total professional experience 3–5 years specifically dedicated to M&A Integration, PMO, or Business Transformation Must have managed integration for a deal between $2M-$50M of acquired revenue B2B SaaS experience is non-negotiable Operates comfortably at both the execution and strategic level High EQ with a track record of driving cross-functional accountability without direct authority Clear, executive-ready communicator both written and verbal Proficient in project management tooling (Asana, Monday, or equivalent), data rooms, and Google Suite.
