Speech-Language Pathologist
GraySpeak Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists to work in Early Intervention and private practice in community settings and teletherapy. SLPs are in high demand due to long waitlists for children and family services, allowing clinicians to build a full caseload easily. Working in Early Intervention is inherently rewarding due to the rapid improvement of speech and language skills and the ability to work with families in natural environments that guarantee successful carryover and maintenance of learned skills. Our SLPs enjoy an ideal work-life balance helping families in home and community settings through Early Intervention and private practice. We engage in education, coaching, and intervention through a hybrid model of in-person and teletherapy services that maximize the benefits of speech, language, and feeding therapies that also support clinician satisfaction. Therapists enjoy the ability to create and manage their own schedules and caseload sizes with the added benefit of being a part of a supportive and knowledgeable team of SLPs. We provide mentorship, training, and a chance to specialize in an area of interest. Clinicians who are motivated, curious, and compassionate make GraySpeak Therapy an ideal workplace. A master's degree in speech and language is required. A background working with children is preferred, but not required. CFs are encouraged to apply. The applicant must reside in Colorado, be willing to conduct teletherapy sessions, feel comfortable providing services in home and community settings, and be willing to travel within specific areas across the Front Range.
